The Bradley Method® of
Natural Childbirth
I have
four children ages 15, 13, 11 and 9. My first child was born at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New
York. Unfamiliar with the Bradley Method, I did use epidural anesthesia and experienced an
uncomplicated birth. Using the Bradley® Method of Natural Childbirth, my second,
third, and forth children were born with midwives attending at Kaiser Permanente Hospitals (West L.A and Sunset)
without any drugs, medication, IV, episiotomy, and with minimal external fetal monitoring.
